How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday.
The total estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days.
Where Is My Order Shipped From?
Aveline Muse is operated from the Netherlands and works with an international fulfilment network.
Orders are dispatched from fulfilment centres in China and shipped internationally to Australia before being transferred to a local delivery partner for final delivery.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, with no minimum purchase required.
How Do I Return An Item?
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
