Aveline Muse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Aveline Muse, operated by Mahadi Management & Beheer.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Aveline Muse and is not responsible for fulfilling your order. Nothing in this Section excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVELINE MUSE, MAHADI MANAGEMENT & BEHEER, THEIR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
